The Condobolin Community Technology Centre provides community computer and internet access, secretarial services in the form of typing, resume preparation and printing, scanning, laminating, photocopying and bulk printing. The CTC centre provides invitations, brochure and flyer design and print services.
Teleconference facilities, data projectors, white boards and digital cameras, chairs and outdoor heaters are also available for hire through email@example.com Conference facilities are able with the use of a kitchen for tea & coffee or full catering is available.
The CTC also offers a Serviced Offices for hire for visiting services and businesses.

WPRD petitioned Lachlan Shire Council in 2007 to manage the Youth Services Program in Condobolin, Lake Cargelligo, Tullibigeal and Tottenham. Youth Services was developed by the community based Central West Youth Support Group, and was and is still funded by Lachlan Shire Council. This program has been running continually and assists in the organisation and delivery of youth specific programs and activities, which target the underprivileged and disadvantaged minority youth sectors.
Funded through the Department of Human Resources WPRD is contracted each year to provided Centrelink Services through the Condobolin Agency.
The Agency is open from 9-1.30 Monday to Friday and services and average of 150 people per week.
This keeps people accessing services locally and keeps their business in town.
Visitor Information Centre
The WPRD building houses the Heart of NSW Visitor Information Centre (VIC). Open 9am to 5 pm weekdays the VIC has a range of information on surrounding regions and brochures and assistance on local attractions and services. Friendly staff are available to help and will do their best to assist visitors with the information they need.
Condobolin Community Web Site
Condobolin.nsw.au is owned and operated by WPRD. The website features local and regional attractions, accommodation, food outlets, list of services, transport and a local business directory.

PaCE (TAP) Program
In 2011-12 WPRD ran a very successful PaCE Program to engage Indigenous Parents with their children’s education. The program had some outstanding results with 20% increase in enrolments for Indigenous students in year 11 and increased attendance rates for all levels of students from families involved in the program-WPRD sees this program as one of the most important programs run in the last few years and is hoping to be invited to apply again in 2016. The PaCE Progam is foundered by the Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations.
Lachlan Regional Community Grant Program
In 2012 WPRD were approached by the Vincent Family Fairfax Foundation(VFFF)to host the Lachlan Region Community Grants Program.(LRCG).
The program was contributed $100,000.00 from VFFF in 2012, $75,000.00 is guaranteed in by VFFF in 2013 to be matched by $25,000.00 from the local community which VFFF will match giving a total of $125,000.00 in 2013. In 2014 VFFF will contribute $50,000.00 guaranteed. If locals can raise $50,000.00 VFFF will match it giving a total of $150,000.00 in 2014.

The WPRD Building is home to a number of job search services, Sureway Employment Services, Centacare and Verto(formerly Central West Community College) as well as the Condobolin Local Aboriginal Land Council. Other visiting services include OCTEC, Advanced Personnel Management and the Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service.
